On the 4th January 2011, we issued a consultation document to all our Agency Operators on a proposal to introduce a minimum spend requirement for Agency Customers of the Access Agency Agreements (please see below for more information). The consultation period closed on 31st January 2011 and we would like to thank you for your feedback. Further to the feedback, we have made a small adjustment to our original proposal and explain the reasons for this in our final decision document attached
