Change Proposals for Access Contracts

The Access Consultation closed on 16th March 2015. We are currently reviewing our customer's feedback and will update you before the end of April 2015 on our decisions for the proposed changes.

We would like to make some further changes to the Access contracts to ensure that they are working as intended. We would like to discuss these proposals with our customers and seek their feedback.
