There are two pricing options for Access Postings based on delivery coverage - National Access and Zonal Access. 

National Access pricing provides uniform price points according to item format and weight. It is suitable for customers whose posting profile is both nationwide and consistent with the average Royal Mail geographical mix of mail for delivery throughout the UK. 

Zonal Access pricing provides price points across four price zones - according to the area to which an item is to be delivered and to item format and weight. Zonal prices are ideal for customers whose mailing profile does not typically match Royal Mail's national geographical mix of mail.

For our Zonal pricing, we have allocated each of the 11,000 postcode sectors in the UK one of four price zones: 

A - Urban 

B - Suburban

C - Rural/Deep Rural

D - London (within M25).

Prices vary by Zone to reflect our differing costs of delivery to those zones. Zonal Access postings are priced according to the number of items for delivery in each zone.
