Thumbs up for your postie’ stamp-like indicium user licence agreement

You and your customers may reproduce and use (on a non-exclusive basis) the ‘Thumbs up for your postie’ stamp-like indicium, which you can download by clicking the link below, provided that use:

• is only on Mailing Items sent to addresses in the United Kingdom under your Access Letters Contract with us;
• complies with our  Stamp'Like  Indicia  specification' (and for those purposes the ‘Thumbs up for your postie’ stamp-like indicium is a “Stamp-like image” element of “Stamp-like Access Indicia”);
• ends no later than 31 August 2020, inclusive, or such later date as we may notify you; and
• is only by you and your customers (although you may permit those who print indicia on mail items for you or your customers to print this indicium on them).

By downloading this indicium you agree that you, your customers and the permitted printers described in the previous paragraph, will comply with the above. 

Your Access Letters Contract with us remains in full force and effect and is unchanged by this licence agreement or by use of this indicium.  We may terminate this licence agreement at any time on reasonable notice to you.

Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this licence agreement have the meanings given in your Access Letters Contract with us.
