ACCESS CHANGE NOTICE: York Manifests

A customer has asked us to confirm what documentation they need to hand over if they use yorks and have agreed to Schedule 16: Segregation by Format and Schedule 18: Acceptance by Vehicle of the Access Letters Contract.
The attached customer letter, contract change notice and user guide amendment notice clarifies the requirements.
Please note that this contract change solely impacts on carriers who have agreed to both Schedule 16: Segregation by Format and Schedule 18: Acceptance by Vehicle of the Access Letters Contract.
