The attached consultation document (here) relates to a change to the Urban Density Benchmark methodology, a posting profile measure of National Price Plan One (SSCs) of the Access Letters Contract and Wholesale Parcels Contract. The consultation explains the mathematics of the current methodology, the new methodology as proposed in our September 2016 consultation[1] and the correction to that 2016 calculation. We welcome your comments on our change proposal. Please send your comments in as per the attached notice by 21 July 2017.
