I write to inform that on 2 May 2023, Royal Mail launched a consultation on changes to the Postal Schemes 2023.  The Postal Schemes are the documents that set out the key terms on which we provide our Universal Services.

Included in the consultation is a proposed change to the definition of “Due Date” for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man in relation to the UK Post Scheme.

This consultation will close at 17:00 on 2 June 2023.
