We are making changes to the Postcode sortation selections used by our mail centres to sort mail. These changes will be incorporated into a new version of the Access Selection Files, version 2013 for you to use to pre-sort your mail from July 2013. To allow you to prepare postings in advance of this date, the new Access Selection Files 2013 will be available for download from our website from Monday 29th April 2013.

We will introduce the new Access Selection Files from 15th July 2013. There will be a four week transition period during which we will accept postings pre-sorted using either old selection files or the new selection files. The transition period will end on 10th August 2013.
