We have been made aware of a technical issue relating to the pricing applied in Dockethub which may affect Access Letter postings made between 2 and 6 January 2020.  During this period the Dockethub pricing tables were displaying our 2019 prices whereas they should have been displaying the new prices which came into effect on 2 January 2020.  To clarify, this issue does not impact daily Z dockets and agency debits, which will be invoiced correctly at 2020 prices.

We have now resolved this issue in Dockethub so that postings after 6 January 2020 are not affected in any way.  As a matter of priority we have been working with our third party supplier to ensure that customers are not adversely impacted for their postings made between 2 and 6 January 2020.

We have identified three areas of Dockethub which have been impacted:

1. Agency overlays ??" the agents credit submitted to us between 2 and 6 January 2020 have been charged at the old 2019 prices;
2. Other non-postage J-Docket charges ??" again these charges have been charged at the old 2019 prices;
3. Reports ??" any Dockethub report containing a cost column will show the old 2019 prices.

As we work with our third party supplier to resolve the above three identified areas, we will be contacting you very soon to communicate an appropriate action plan.

For the avoidance of doubt, General Large Letter and Parcels products are not impacted by this issue.
