From 12 July 2024 the Royal Mail logo used across England, Northern Ireland and Wales will be changing to feature the King’s crown. The Royal Mail logo used in Scotland will not change as the crown remains the same.

We are currently updating the design of the Royal Mail Access Indicator and Digital Stamp Indicia with the new Royal Mail logo. We will issue a formal notification and guidance documentation in due course. 

To support customers in implementing the new designs, customers will have two years to change to the new design from the point we make them available, however you will be able to start using the new design as soon as they are available.  For the avoidance of doubt, we will continue to process your mail with the current Indicia design throughout the two-year period while you make the transition to the new design.
