On 19 December we announced the launch of a new D+3 service and changes to the D+2 service specifications to take effect following the date the Access Condition is amended as part of Ofcom’s “Future of the universal postal service” decision.

As part of the D+2 service specifications, we explained that we would be introducing new D+2 product codes and we shared a weblink to those new codes.

Since then, we have identified errors in some of those codes. We have updated the D+2 product code list, which you can find here.
