As previously explained, you need to download an updated version of the Access Database and make the necessary changes to your systems and software by 27th September 2010.

The updated Access Database (version 2010) is available to download on this site.

The Access Database 2010 comes into force on 27th September 2010 and you must use it from this date to continue receiving Access prices.

The Customer Final Label database is also available for download now and must be used for all Access Database 2010 postings.

For information: If, during the change over period from Access Database 2009 to Access Database 2010, you need to handover mail whereby some postings have been prepared using Database 2009 and others using Database 2010, please be aware that there are a limited number of Standard Selection Codes (SSCs) that are present in both Databases. We have made changes to our upload processes to accommodate these duplicates in order to minimise the impact at handove
