Please can you remind all your customers that under the Access Letters Contract, when using the Mailmark Economy Service:

1. postcards can only be sent using the Mailmark Economy Service if they comply with the machinable postcard specification in section 6 of the Mailmark Letters specification here.  For the avoidance of doubt you should not post any other postcard types using the Mailmark Economy Service; and
2. all other one-piece mailers must comply with the One Piece Mailer specification set out in section 6 of the Mailmark Letters specification here.
