As you are already aware, Royal Mail Wholesale operates a DocketHub SAP product code system which we introduced in 2014 to replace our previous EPRO SFM product code system.  Since that date, in order to assist our customers in their transition from EPRO to DocketHub, we have continued to accept non-SAP product code system solutions in the form of SFM codes. However, the availability of SFM codes is diminishing.

Therefore from 4 January 2021:

1. Royal Mail Wholesale will no longer issue any new SFM codes to customers; and
2. all new Access products and all changes to existing Access products will be issued using DocketHub SAP product codes only.

Up until 31 December 2021, we will be happy to support customers with advice on any interim solutions for continuing to use existing SFM codes in their own internal systems.

Following 4 January 2021, if you are unable to use any SAP product codes in your own systems, Royal Mail Wholesale will not owe or accept any liability to you for any losses (including but not limited to any loss of profit) which you may suffer as a consequence of such lack of system capability.
