As you will be aware, Microsoft Internet Explorer is being retired on Wednesday 15 June 2022, meaning it will become unsupported from this date and Microsoft will release an update soon after which completely removes Internet Explorer from Windows 10 devices.  We understand that some Access contract holders are still performing their Agency Overlay using the below URL, which is a legacy EPro service and is only supported on Internet Explorer - https://royalmail.dockethub.com/webservices/import/htmltestharness/eprooverlayimport.htm.

Therefore, after 15 June 2022, any Access contract holders will no longer be able to use this method.

There is an existing web service that Access contract holders can use to perform the Agency Overlay after 15 June 2022. Attached is the web service technical document, which will provide you with guidance. Section 5.2 of the document covers the Agency Overlay requirements.
