Building on the success of past incentives we are pleased to announce our new 2025 Incentives Calendar for marketers, customers and mailers. Our brand new Incentives Calendar will become a regular feature on our Royal Mail Wholesale website providing details of our seasonal and key event incentives for the year ahead.

With these new incentives, we expect to increase overall mail value and help businesses increase their return on investment in mail. Each incentive shown on our Incentive Calendar will run for a specific time period and we’ll clearly show both the posting period and the application window. Our Incentive Calendar is designed to provide more advanced notice of our seasonal and key event incentives to provide customers with additional time to plan optimal use of, and maximise the value of the incentives shown.

For launch, our Incentives Calendar has five incentives which customers can benefit from with postage credits at a rate of up to 20% for incremental volume.

Incentive qualification details

The minimum volume is 100,000 Letters (50,000 if in the Charity Sector) or 50,000 Large Letters which you can post under each incentive. The maximum volume is 1,000,000 Letters or Large Letters.
