The consultation is now closed. In total, we received 15 formal responses to the consultation from a range of different types of customers using the Access contract.  Thank you to all that responded.

Do please note that we have not made a decision yet. We received a wide range of views and we are taking our time to consider them carefully.   We will now pause and reflect very carefully on all the feedback. We intend to invite further comment from customers in the New Year.
