Like many operators, we are seeking further clarity from Government on whether any changes will be required for sending items from Great Britain to Northern Ireland in the future. From 1 January 2021, you will not be required to make any changes to the way you send items with Royal Mail from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, until advised by Government. We recognise that any change will take time and will update customers as soon as Government sets out its guidance in this area.
