On 28 March 2022, we are commencing a trial for carriers to book an earlier Access slot, in addition to or in place of an existing Access slot. The trial will be held at Swindon Inward Mail Centre only, and participants will be able to book an Access slot between 06:30 and 07:30, bringing the current Access Window forward by one hour.

Carriers must be signed up to the Acceptance by Vehicle schedules of the Access Letters Contract and the Wholesale Parcels Contract to be eligible to participate.

If you would like to participate you will need to sign up to the trial terms by 25 March 2022. The terms are available upon request from your Account Director.
