Catalogue Mail incentive launch

We are pleased to announce that, on 15 August 2024, we are planning to launch a new incentive for customers posting Catalogue Mail.


A catalogue can really complement customers’ multi-channel campaign activity and drive performance. Catalogue Mail works for both acquisition and retention and has a role to play in building your brand. Our Marketreach research and report, written in collaboration with Retail Week, reveals that catalogues can convert browsers into buyers, with 55% making a purchase after seeing something in a catalogue.


Under the incentive, participants posting incremental Catalogue Mail across September 2024 to January 2025 benefit from postage credits of up to 22.5% for incremental volume and 1.5% for planned volume.


To qualify, mailings must include either a minimum of  100,000 incremental Catalogue Mail items, or 2.5% of the planned catalogues, whichever is the greater. The last posting date will be 1 February 2025.  Customers must submit their applications for this incentive by 6 January 2025.


When does the incentive launch?


Under clause 3.1 of the Voucher Redemption and Reimbursement Agreement we are permitted to launch an incentive on reasonable notice, unless we receive a reasonable objection from an Access contract holder within 5 working days of our notice, in which case we must then provide 70 days’ notice.


We are keen for customers to benefit quickly from this incentive, so please accept this as reasonable notice of our intention to launch the incentive on 15 August 2024, and for it to run until 1 February 2025. 


If we do not receive any reasonable objection by 5pm on 14 August 2024, the incentive will launch on 15 August 2024 and you may submit an application form from 19 August 2024. If we do receive a reasonable objection then the incentive launch will be deferred to 16 October 2024.
