On 28 April, we wrote to Wholesale customers to inform that Royal Mail was introducing temporary postal arrangements as a result of Covid-19 related absences and necessary social distancing measures.
Whilst we continued to provide an Access Letter and Parcel delivery service from Monday to Friday as normal, we said we would temporarily suspend delivery of Access Letters and Parcels on Saturdays from 2nd May. We made this temporary change to help ease the additional burden on our hard-working colleagues.
We can now confirm that this temporary period is coming to an end, and from 13 June 2020 we will resume Saturday deliveries for both Access Letter and Parcel products.
