UPDATE: Mailmark Direct Data – update on Predicted Delivery for Network Access Economy letters only

We would like to update you following the communication issued Friday 18th June re: Predicted Delivery for Network Access Economy Letters.
Update as follows:
1. The deployment to display ‘Predicted Delivery’ has changed from 19th June to 24th June 2021.
2. We will not be amending any data field headers (Flag to Date) as originally advised. For clarity, the headers will continue to read ‘Predicted Delivery Flag’
3. We have taken the opportunity to clarify that the column header (page 7) is SORTED POSTCODE and not SORTED PC
4. The User Guide has been changed accordingly (v1.5.1)
We will provide customers with advance notice, as agreed, when Royal Mail are looking to implement changes which require system amends.
