Once you have sorted the Test Address List, you should submit the resulting (National/Zonal) Computer Planning Report, Line Listing and the Sorted Test Address List to Royal Mail Wholesale.
When submitting reports, please provide adequate contact information, and indicate which Access service you have used (e.g. Access 70 or Access 1400 etc. - see: Sorting the Test Address List).
Please send your electronic format reports by email to: helpline@royalmailwholesale.com. Your electronic format reports should be attached as plain text (ASCII) comma delimited files.
The comma delimited format requires all trailing spaces are removed from fields, which are then enclosed in quotation marks and separated by commas; records should be terminated by carriage return (ASCII: 13) and line feed (ASCII: 10) characters.
Also, please do not include any descriptive records e.g. field/file headers: otherwise the validation process will attempt to test them as a valid record.
